Associate Software Engineer (Python)

Zapare Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading solutions provider in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), is looking for young and ambitious technology professionals to join our Application Development Team.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Python Developer to assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications, backend services, and data pipelines.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coding, problem solving, and building scalable backend systems.

• Actively participate in application development, code reviews, and architecture/design discussions
• Design and implement functional requirements using Python and the Django framework
• Develop and maintain REST APIs
• Perform testing, debugging, and bug fixing
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
• Work closely with UX Designers and Frontend Developers to build integrated solutions
   

Must Have

• Experience with Python frameworks (Django, REST APIs)
• Passion for coding and problem solving
• Strong database skills in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Should Have

• Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including:

• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and debug code
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly express ideas

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies
• Experience with Git version control
• Knowledge of the Medical Billing / Healthcare Insurance domain
• Exposure to React.js, Kubernetes, or modern development tools
• Experience integrating third-party web services
