• Ensuring leaves are managed judiciously so there is no risk in delivering files within TAT.
• Good experience in RCM.

Job Specification:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Strong domain knowledge in US Healthcare
• Good Communication skills
• Good Mentoring skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who have domain experience in the following areas:

• Denial Management services
• Remittance Processing services
• Conversion of Paper EOBs to ANSI 835 files
