Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist at Zapare Technologies, you will bridge the gap between technology, business, and user needs. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with market needs and company goals.

• Define and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Conduct requirements gathering and documentation to align product functionality with end-user needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Work with business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Engage with clients and end-users to validate features, collect feedback, and drive product improvements.
• Track product performance metrics and analyze data to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Communicate product vision, updates, and priorities to executive leadership, clients, and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud systems, data management, and API-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and leading initiatives effectively.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare, including Provider, Payer, and/or Patient processes.
• Hands-on experience with EOB processing, reason codes, payer mapping, ERAs, and claims workflows.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA/HITECH regulations, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
