Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to support our expanding team. This role offers a unique blend of core HR responsibilities along with social media and employer branding functions. Experience in the IT or ITeS industry will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
  2. Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRMS.
  3. Track attendance, leave, and shift compliance, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  4. Ensure statutory and legal compliance with PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  5. Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents for internal and audit purposes.
Employee Engagement & Communication
  1. Organize monthly engagement activities, recognition programs, and team- building events.
  2. Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and periodic feedback sessions.
  3. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR support.
Performance Management Support
  1. Assist in quarterly and annual appraisal processes and maintain performance data.
  2. Schedule feedback sessions and help managers with documentation and communication.
  3. Support HR in implementing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) documentation and tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Prior experience in the IT/ITeS industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools; knowledge of Canva or social media tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
